Major Campaign Development & Strategic Communications

Through the lab’s major campaign development strategy, an analytics-driven initiative for key campaigns - our goals focused on donor retention, financial income, and engagement rates to support 12 cancers and 16 research projects. We aimed to raise $100,000 and $200,000 for two major campaigns. Using segmented mass mailings, thematic e-blasts, and strategic social media plans on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, we exceeded our targets, raising $208,000 and $242,000 respectively, highlighting the effectiveness of our approach.
